Shelby Toney

AESTHETICIAN

Shelby joined AURA in the spring of 2025.  She is a licensed esthetician, graduating from Warren Tech in 2018.  In addition to her esthetics license, Shelby is also certified in dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, eyelash extensions and lash lifts.  Having spent some time in a salon that focuses strictly on lashes she was really excelled and loves to provide lash services to her clients.  She also provides waxing, tinting, facial and makeup services.

Shelby has always been drawn to careers that allow her to make a positive impact on people’s lives and finds it rewarding to help clients relax and feel their best.  She wants her clients to feel confident, uplifted and inspired, with a renewed sense of self care when they leave AURA.  Her clients should know they are safe, cared for and in great hands!  Knowing she has helped clients unwind and feel better is very fulfilling as well as visibly seeing the relaxation and joy on their faces after treatments.

Shelby finds professional inspiration from Joanna Vargas for her passion in the esthetics industry and her desire to help others make a difference in this world.  Her favorite quote is, “You’re never too old to set another goal or to dream another dream,” by C.S. Lewis.  In her free time, she loves being with her family, shopping, getting outdoors for hiking and camping as well as reading poetry.  She loves to read poetry and finds it calms her nerves and makes her happy.
